K & R Capital Partners structures capital for small and mid-sized businesses and real estate investors, then places the file with lenders who actually fund that asset.

The work is nationwide. Loans start at $100,000 and run past $50 million, with the same advisor from the first conversation through closing. The work is done in English and in Spanish.
